Are You a Continuous Learner?

By Kate Newberg

It is no secret that technology has had a tremendous impact on our world. New technologies in the workplace are vast and varied:  standing desks, highly portable and mobile work systems, the cloud, Slack, and Google just to name a few. The rate at which technology is being created is growing at unimaginable rates, but it is important to remember technology is also a service and it doesn’t do anything until people adopt and use it. So, how do organizations keep up with the pace of change? The key lies in reinforcing continuous learning and growth mindsets among all of their employees (from executives, to managers, to supervisors and frontline staff).

It is not enough to be content with what you already know. To reach your maximum potential, you must attempt to learn something new, to expand your knowledge and use new skills. Sometimes change can feel overwhelming, so where should you start?

CLN is offering monthly learning and development workshops…which one is right for you?
