Study Action Team (SAT): How to effectively help others understand Lean Construction correlates to better project outcomes

In this three hour interactive Study Action Team, Charles Roundtree and Katie Barnes will  facilitate discussions around key and seminal books on the topic of helping people within the context of Continuous Improvement.
