FACILITATOR BIO
Meagan Brown is a Learning and Development Specialist for the City of Louisville, CO and serves as a board member for the Public Sector Change Practitioners (PSCP) and the Colorado Lean Network (CLN). She has over a decade of experience as a high school educator and leveraged her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to transition her career into organizational development. Over the last several years, she has passionately pursued learning and teaching topics focused on process improvement, change management, and neuroscience.
