Curious to see how a Value Stream Analysis is facilitated? We have partnered with Metro Caring to offer Lean facilitation support while at the same time offering our members an opportunity to observe Lean facilitation and tools in practice.
AT THIS WORKSHOP
At this workshop facilitator Jennifer House will guide a team from Metro Caring through and analysis of their value stream to identify process gaps. The outcome of this session will be a list of prioritized projects that we can subsequently help problem solve. As an observer of this session you can expect
- Observe a Value Stream Analysis for a food bank operation
- Learn how to identify and prioritize sub-projects for a larger VSA

Jennifer House is a Performance Improvement Specialist with Lutheran Medical Center and Director of Community Outreach for the Colorado Lean Network. Jennifer has nearly 5 years of experience with Lean facilitation and project management and has facilitated a variety of value stream analyses throughout the hospital from admission processes to back-end billing and more
