Continuous Improvement (Lean) professionals are only as good as what they can lead their organizations to achieve. I am passionate about empowering employees to simplify their lives and provide stellar customer experiences for our customers. Although I have been practicing CI since I got my first job in high school, I have officially been a practitioner since 2011. In that time I have led over 100 executive workshops, Kaizen events, value stream mapping and PDSA workshops.
I recognize that Lean journeys take different paths and that each practitioner has a different set of tools, organizational constraints and leadership support. That's why I believe the Colorado Lean Network is critical to supporting practitioners in Colorado and enabling us all to help deliver better products and services.
