In this three hour interactive Study Action Team, Charles Roundtree and Katie Barnes will facilitate discussions around key and seminal books on the topic of helping people within the context of Continuous Improvement. Attendees will learn the answers to the following seminal questions and their supporting constructs, with most of the ideas and concepts being applicable the very next day.
