You spoke and we listened.  Many Colorado Lean Network members have told us that they want to learn by seeing and learn by doing.  Towards that end, we have proudly partnered with Metro Caring, Denver’s front-line anti-hunger organization, to conduct a series of improvement events that CLN members can attend, observe, and engage in.

Our first event is a 6S restructure of one of the busiest walk-in coolers in Denver.  Come learn by doing while Lean expert Bruce Patch guides you along with the Metro Caring staff through a Lean exercise to Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and make Safe a cooler which is restocked and depleted countless times each week in order to feed Denver families in need.

You will marvel at the mission of this worthy organization and be deeply satisfied at the difference you helped make – all while learning some Lean tools you can apply in your own work and home.

There are very limited spots, so sign up now before it fills up.

Date:

  1. Training and walk through is July 24th 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Optional)
