My name is Meg Chapple, and this week I became the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Colorado Lean Network. I work in the healthcare industry, primarily to improve access to care and reduce waste wherever possible. I first fell in love with Lean while working at Denver Health, where an innovative approach to reducing healthcare costs by eliminating waste brought international recognition, not to mention two decades operating with a budget surplus. Lean gives me the chance to continuously focus on people, and I am excited this role will allow me to expand the reach and resources of CLN.
